DAY 27 IN BITC
Yello Ello Bello !!!! Day 27 In Beijing... Another 29 more days and i'll be back in Singapore. Went to Cheng De on monday.. 2 day 1 night trip. travelled 4 hours in a not so comfortable bus. Took alot of pics of the nice scenery there...but i'm lazy to upload it now....*haha* lazy lazy lazy~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anyway.. i was reading jia hui's blog on maldives. for me i prefer bora bora.

Bora Bora, located about 160 miles northwest of Tahiti and approximately 2,600 miles south of Hawaii. Heard you have to take another plane to that place.......... money money money!!!!!!!

if u were to worry about
a) Everything u need to do in the next month, or b) Everything that could go wrong the next year,
YOU COULD GO NUTS!
but u can handle one day at a time.
And if 24 hrs is too tough, bite off five minutes at a time.
All you can do is give your best effort until bedtime Let tml take care of itself.
worrying is useless because it attracts misfortune and is bad for your health

laughter helps us survive grieve and disappointment

then when the world does not obey you, you get angry! Thats wat miserable people do
e.g u expect that
1. friends should return favour 2.People should appreciate you 3. Everyone should be honest 4. Your husband should remember your bday
These expectation seems reasonable but often, these things don happen! so you end up frustrated and disappointed.
Do not make demand , instead, make preferences
e.g u prefer A but when B happen, its ok! in other words u prefer flexibility
To become happier we need to either change the world or change our thinking
