Feli say my blog's getting boring because i only just post videos and stuff.. but i have nothing to post!!!!!!! Just the usual to school..then to home... because my desktop is ku ku i can't use it..... so i use the bloody lappie...but we can't possibly use our lappies like desktops..it'll spoil faster...so i end up sleeping early. Usually i only sleep around 5 or lesser hours a day..but now i'm sleeping like 8 to 9 hours plus per day. even on weekdays and weekends. amazing how i realised my computer controlled my life.





But then i still feel so freaking tired... is it because i sleep too much? Or is my life very boring. Hmm.. i rekon both of the options are in... *haha* damn.....





ANYWAY..ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!! i wanted to eat french fries today. But feli and kenny and sylvia said not to eat. Cause of my sudden pimple outbreak... probably due to PMS plus i'm not drinking lots of water these days. tsk tsk to myself! Anywayx... i was thinking... i read somewhere that greasy stuff , junk food and choco doesn't contribute to pimples. SO i told them that.. but i don't know why...everyone always doubt what i say. SO i came back today.. and i googled it out. AND HAHA.... almost all the websites say that THESE FOOD DOES NOT CONTRIBUTE TO PIMPLES!

Why Do So Many Kids Get Acne?
A lot of kids and teens get a type of acne called acne vulgaris. It usually appears on the face, neck, shoulders, upper back, and chest. Teens and kids get acne because of the hormone changes that come with puberty. As you grow up and your body begins to develop, these hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands to make more sebum, and the glands can become overactive. When there is too much sebum, that oil clogs the pores and leads to acne.

No matter what you've heard, acne isn't caused by eating greasy foods like french fries or pizza, munching on chocolate, or drinking soda. It isn't necessarily caused by wearing makeup, either, especially if the makeup label says "oil-free," "noncomedogenic" (say: non-ka-mee-doh-jen-ick, which means it won't clog pores), or "nonacnegenic" (which means it doesn't cause acne).

If your parent had acne as a teen, it's likely that you will, too. Stress may make acne worse, because when you're stressed, your pores may make more sebum. Luckily, for most people, acne gets better by the time they are in their twenties







SEEEEE... everyone is doubting my words. And i also read that pregnant woman might still have menstruation. Ok...menstruation is a wrong word to use. cause its impossible to have heavy flow 7 days menstruation ....i was trying to imply they might have some little blood spotting sometime and stuff. But the moment i said that "pregnant woman might still have menstruation" without saying "some little blood spotting " they all started " bernadine.. you don't nonsense" then i go " no really.. but not Alooot....." then they go " no bernadine.. i study bio one i know blah blah blah blah blah blah" and they nvr heard my part on the little blood spotting. bah... so i said i shall google it out. And i did. And yes... woman do still have menstrual during their early stage of pregnancy!!

Everyone should stop doubting my words and read more articles. If science was so great, how come cancer can't be cured. How come surgeries which have 100% success can cause fatality.How come researches can come out and say that what people always believed was wrong after a new study.






Sigh.. i just don't get the world.. or maybe the world doesn't get me. Maybe its not good to think too much. darn~~~~~~~~~~~``
